Manufacturing Time: All wooden products are crafted on order. Delivery for furniture items typically takes 15-25 working days, while delivery times for other wooden items will be confirmed at the time of order, depending on the product type.

Order Delivery: Standard delivery for in-stock products takes 2-3 working days.

Damaged Deliveries:

For damaged deliveries, we offer a free replacement of the product(s).

Products in the Lighting category can only be replaced if they are damaged or defective.

Notification of damaged or defective products must be made within 24 hours of delivery to qualify for a replacement.

Packaging for Returns: Customers are advised to ensure adequate packaging of return shipments to avoid damage during transit.

Replacement Process:

Replacements will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the product, provided it is returned in acceptable condition.

Pottery Items: Refunds for pottery are offered only if the product arrives damaged.

Return Shipping Responsibility: Customers are responsible for safely returning items to Blue Art by Ustad Alam. We will refund the order price plus courier charges once the product is received.

Products without an original receipt

Monogrammed items

Made-to-order products, including custom rugs

Final sale items

Items damaged through normal wear and tear
